DAY 1 : ARRIVAL AT BENGALURU & TRANSFER TO HOTEL

You will be greeted upon arrival at Bengaluru Airport/Railway Station by our Representative , Later you will be transferred to hotel Pickup from arrival. after lunch visit Lalbagh, Vidhana Soudha, Museum and ISKON temple. Overnight stay at Bengaluru (Meals: Breakfast).

DAY 2 : BENGALURU-COORG

Pick up from arrival and proceed to Coorg. Enroute visit Tibetian Golden Temple, Nisarga Dhama. On arrival check in to a hotel. Evening visit Raja’s Seat. Overnight stay at Coorg (Meals: Breakfast).

DAY 3 : COORG SIGHT SEEING

After breakfast Talacaveri, Bhagamandala, Omkareshwara Temple and Abby Falls. Overnight stay at Coorg (Meals: Breakfast).

DAY 4 : COORG-MYSORE

After breakfast, checkout and proceed to Mysore. Enroute visit Srirangapatna (Dariya Daulat Bagh, Gumbaz, Tippu Fort and Ranganathaswamy Temple). Check in to Hotel on arrival. Evening proceed to Brindavan Gardens. Overnight stay at Mysore (Meals: Breakfast).

DAY 5: MYSORE SIGHT SEEING

After breakfast Chamundi Hill, Big Bull, Maharaja’s Palace,St. Philomena’s Church, Jagan Mohan Palace(Art Gallery) and Zoo, Overnight stay at Mysore (Meals: Breakfast).

DAY 6: DROP AT MYSORE/BENGALURU RAILWAY STATION/AIRPORT

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Bangalore or Mysore to board your train or flight. (Meals: Breakfast).

• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, flight delays, strikes etc.
• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.
• Cost of horseback, Doli, Helicopter (unless specifically mentioned), chopper etc.
• Any add-on sightseeing/ sightseeing done twice /activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.
• Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow point or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.
• Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of coach.
• Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.

Guidelines For Passengers

• Services like Tour leader will be applicable only if the tour group size is 18 or more than 18 pax.
• On tour Guests are requested to carry Original & 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID / Aadhar Card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking with booking form
• If you are on any medication, carry sufficient stock of the medicines with prescription

• Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability of tour booking Time, our team will allot you to the seat no as per the vehicle format from our office on booking time
• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
• All northern Himalaya pilgrims should bring , woolen sweater, woolen monkey cap, gloves and socks and an umbrella
• Request to Pilgrims who were unfit for travelling to high altitude please avoid booking particular Packages
• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours subject to availability
• Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and Tour Managers or Guides will not be responsible for it.
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
• Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
• Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
• Some tours require your original passport or Valid id Proof(Aadhar Card Etc), and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
