3) How do I register to become an agent of lenharttours.com ?

In order to register, visit our home page and click on ‘Register on the top end right side of the page. Complete the registration form and submit the details. Our verification team will call you to verify the details provided. After the authentication process, we’ll get back to you with your login credentials which give you access to our online reservation system.

7) How far in advance should I make bookings?

This depends on your preferred tours or services’ terms and conditions. Please check with our team in case you have any doubt or need help in this regard

Yes you can, but this is subject to availability and charges also apply.

9) How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

When a booking is made, you’ll directly get on email confirmation to your registered account email id otherwise your can check via your booking history based and you check the status of your online booking.

10) What step to be taken when my booking is confirmed?

Once the booking is confirmed and payment settled, you must print the voucher. As a proof that the services have been pre-booked and payment made in advance, this voucher should be showed to the service provider at the time of tours .Without a voucher, your clients will be charged again or sometimes even denied the services.

11)What should I do if I am not able to access confirmation details?

This is an unlikely situation, you can always find the confirmation and vouchered details in Bookings History Panel anytime but still if you face any problem accessing your confirmation details, our technical team is at your service to troubleshoot and resolve your issues at the earliest. 12) Is it possible to cancel or amend my booking made through Lenhart Tours ?

Yes you can cancel the booking subject to Cancellation Terms & Conditions. In case of amendment/cancellation your will get the option of before 24 Hours/ 96 hours( based on tours) or you can directly get in touch with our team via telephone or email.

13) Is it possible to make booking via telephone or email?

The system supports online booking only, Booking via telephone & email are offline and can be addressed at following emails :-  support@lenharttours.com bookings@lenharttours.com

14) What should I do if I need to make a cancellation or amendment of booking?

You can cancel or amend the booking from Booking History Dash board if the booking is in Cancellation deadline. Non Refundable booking are not subject to Cancellation. Amendment is subject to cancellation policy, you need to cancel the existing booking and make new booking

15) What is your cancellation / refund policy?

Please refer to our terms and conditions to get an idea about our general cancellation and refund policies. If there is any rule that overrules these conditions, we’ll be clearly mentioning it in the cancellation policy while booking a tour.

16) How long will it take to process refund?

Refund depends upon the cancellation policy and the service booked. Any service which is cancelled and meet the criteria of refund, an equivalent amount will be credited into the Agents wallet immediately. This is dynamic process.

17) Is it allowable for my clients to speak to your team directly it they need any assistance during tour duration?

The user can select the currency of his Choice at the time registration the agent. The services will be displayed depending upon the currency selected. The portal supports multiple currency option
